ZIG-ZAG FOOT

The zig-zag presser foot is the standard par excellence in all sewing machines that make this type of stitches.
With it we can make both straight and zig-zag stitches, up to a maximum of 5mm wide.

Made entirely of metal, with the tips slightly raised to accompany the seam.

  • Valid for sewing all types of fabrics.
  • All kinds of decorative stitches can be used.

SATIN FOOT

Also called the applique presser foot, it allows you to make decorative stitches on complicated fabrics such as satin or satin.
In the lower part it has a central opening that will allow the fabric to advance more easily.

Thanks to the central channel, a distorted stitch will be avoided, especially when we want to make dense stitches.

  • It is transparent, which will allow us to have better visibility
  • On the lower sides it has two metallic inserts to help the fabric slide.
  • You can also use it to apply ribbons, thanks to the opening of the central channel.
  • All kinds of decorative stitches can be used.
  • Program a short stitch length for a compact stitch.

STRAIGHT STITCH FOOT

One of the basic and widely used in quilting.

Especially recommended for seams that require high precision, such as backstitching.

  • Made entirely of metal, with one for longer than the other to help the fabric slide more easily.
  • Use only with straight stitch (stitch width at 0)
  • Indicated for stitching and quilting
  • Select the stitch length that suits you best.

4-STEP BUTTONHOLE FOOT

If you need to create buttonholes this is the foot you need. The steps to follow to create a buttonhole are as follows:

  1.  Select the stitch to make the top and bottom buttonholes approximately 3 wide and 0-1 long.
  2.  Mark the length of the button on the fabric
  3.  Start at the bottom horizontal line of the buttonhole
  4.  Change the stitch to make the left vertical line, leaving the needle up to change the stitch
  5.  Make the upper stitches
  6.  Switches to the stitch to make the right part of the buttonhole
  7.  Finish the last stitches by selecting the upper / lower stitches and leave the needle up to remove the fabric
  8.  With a seam ripper, open the buttonhole by cutting the fabric.

DARNING FOOT

Indispensable for freehand work.

  • Bolts directly to the reed (used without the snap-on adapter)
  • Ideal for finishing off or stitching ripped and patching
  • It is used to make freehand embroidery or quilting motifs
  • Any type of decorative stitch can be used
  • The elongated shaft gives greater stability in thick fabrics such as jeans or quilts (it must be supported by the needle holder).

WALKING FOOT

One of the most widely used and versatile presser feet.

Thanks to its compensated legs, it will never stop being in contact with the fabric, so that we will obtain an additional drag force.

  • Place the "hook" on the needle holder so that the holder is inside the "hook"
  • Tip: if your machine does not have it perpendicular, this presser foot will not be valid, as in semi-industrial or industrial machines.
  • Valid for thick fabrics with expensive pull: jeans, quilts, wadding, gauze, etc.
  • It is used for elastic fabrics such as knitwear and lycra
  • Screws directly to the presser foot bar (not to be used with snap-on adapter).

SHIRRING FOOT

Create gathers on fabrics the easy way with this wonderful foot.

  • Screws directly to the presser foot bar (not to be used with snap-on adapter)
  • You can gather by sewing directly on the fabric or just 1 layer.
  • If we have 2 layers and we only want to gather one, if we pass the upper layer through the channel, it will not gather and only the one below will
  • The gathering will be most effective on soft and light fabrics
  • For medium and thick fabrics we recommend using the Ruffler foot
  • Follows the thread back the first stitches to get better results
  • Adjust the stitch length and thread tension until you get the configuration that best suits the fabric you are going to sew.

CORDING FOOT

Apply 1, 2 and up to 3 ribbons to your sewing projects.

  • Use with snap-on adapter
  • Slide the cord / s from right to left until passing through the corresponding channels
  • The presser foot is designed with a guide shape at the back to help you slide the stitch optimally
  • Applicable to all types of fabrics
  • Valid for thin ribbons
  • Use a zigzag stitch wide enough for the laces to be properly sewn into the fabric

Tip: follow the first stitches to guide the laces in a straight way.

ROLLHEM FOOT

With the hem foot you can make 2mm pleats.

  • Use with snap-on adapter
  • Pass the fabric through the spiral to stop and make the first stitches accompanying it in front and behind

Tip: Iron the fabric with a pre-hem to help you get a better result and facilitate the first stitches

ZIPPERS FOOT

If you need to sew zippers, this foot is essential.

  • Use with snap-on adapter
  • You must put the presser foot on the side you want to sew the fabric to the zipper (left or right)
  • Leave the foot as close to the zipper as you want the fabric to be once sewn.

Tip: Use pins to secure the fabric to the zipper, and as you get to them, pull them out to continue stitching.

Bonus Tip: iron a hem where it will be on the zipper side.

BLIND STITCH FOOT

Creating a blind hem is easy, just use this foot.

  • Use with snap-on adapter
  • Pre-create the hem by marking it with the iron
  • Select the blind hem stitch on your machine

Tip: Adjust the zigzag stitch as close to the edge of the hem as possible, to avoid showing through the hem.

Bonus Tip: adjust the plastic guide to fit the hem to the stitch as closely as possible.

OVERCAST FOOT

Simulate the overcasting effect of an overlock with this essential accessory.

  • Use with snap-on adapter
  • Pre-cut the fabric you are going to sew to the size you need
  • Attention: This foot does not cut as it is sewn, this foot is the Side-Cutter
  • Use your machine's overcast stitch (or zig-zag stitch) to use this foot.
  • Keep the stitch as close to the edge of the fabric thanks to the lateral guide.

1/4" QUILTING FOOT

All-metal foot with engraved marks, especially suitable for patchwork and quilting techniques

  • Use with snap-on adapter
  • Right side is 1/4 "wide and right side is 1/8", making it easier for you to align the fabric as you sew
  • Attention: only use straight stitch with this foot

Tip: to join pieces, pre-iron them to work with a flatter fabric and easier to sew

Bonus Tip: When joining pieces, bring the excess of the joint to one side and the other side to point the other way.

BUTTON FOOT

The rubber pins will prevent the button from moving and sticking as we sew.

  • Use with snap-on adapter
  • Disable the feed teeth to prevent the button from moving out of place (you should not modify the stitch length as it does not have feed)

Tip: Adjust the width of the zigzag manually to get the needle to fit into the button holes

  • We recommend sewing a maximum of 10-12 stitches for best results.

SNAP-ON SHANK

This part is essential to be able to use the snap-on or "sole" type foot.

  • Installs using the clamping screw to the presser bar
  • Attach the sole that you want to incorporate by lowering the presser foot lever so that the hook catches the horizontal axis of each foot.
  • To exchange presser feet, it is as simple as raising the presser foot and pulling the rear trigger on the adapter, which will release the sole

Additional Tip: we recommend the presser foot guide compatible with the adapter, to be able to install it in the rear hole.
